We collect information to provide our catalogue syncing and AI support services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details when you register.
  • Connected Platform Data: Access tokens and profile data from third-party platforms you connect (Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) to enable catalogue syncing and messaging.
  • Customer Interaction Data: Messages, order details, and inquiries processed through our AI chatbot on your behalf.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our dashboard, including log files and device information.

2. AI & Automated Processing

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate customer support and manage orders.

  • Message Analysis: Incoming messages from your customers via WhatsApp/Social channels are analyzed by our AI to generate appropriate responses and identify purchase intent.
  • Human in the Loop: While we strive for accuracy, AI responses are generated automatically. We recommend monitoring interactions periodically.
  • Data Training: Anonymized interaction data may be used to improve the accuracy of our AI models. We do not share your specific sensitive business data with public LLMs for training without consent.

3. Third-Party Integrations (Meta & WhatsApp)

To provide our core services, we integrate with third-party platforms. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to:

  • Sync Catalogs: Read and write product data to your Facebook and Instagram Shops.
  • Manage Messages: Send and receive messages on your behalf via the WhatsApp Business API.

Note: We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Vercel) and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) necessary to run the infrastructure.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer of Page Platforms (Pty) Ltd.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials (such as API tokens). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including rights under POPIA in South Africa and GDPR in Europe), you have the right to:
