- Compliance: You must strictly adhere to the Terms of Service and Commerce Policies of all connected platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business Policy).
- Availability: We are not responsible if a third-party platform suspends your account, limits your API access, or changes their technical requirements in a way that affects our Service.
- Messaging Costs: You are responsible for any direct costs associated with WhatsApp conversations (e.g., Meta's conversation-based pricing) unless explicitly included in your Lumo subscription plan.

Services are billed on a subscription basis.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion.
